The KICstart2 squared configuration is simple and not complicated, but it allows you to quickly get accurate temperature curves. The KICstart2 will be the right choice for you to be able to instantly know the product's temperature curve. The KICstart2 patent design enables the temperature curve to be displayed simultaneously in each component part of the thermocouple.
Immediate process analysis.
Once the temperature curve has been tested, the KICstart2 will use the process window index (PWI) to analyze the process. PWI is a single number to determine whether the actual process of a product is within the scope of the process specification set for it (please refer to the technical details of PWI). PWI provides you with an instant, intuitive and objective data to determine whether the product is in conformity with the technical specifications, thus avoiding any real speculation.

PWI is an objective mathematical calculation method. It measures the temperature curve close to the process window with a single number. Therefore, PWI is of great benefit to process optimization: it can quickly compare and arrange the different temperature curves near the process window.
